Panjab University MAGLAW is an annual publication for the students of the Department of Laws, Panjab University, Chandigarh since 2019. It is a peer reviewed Law journal.
As the world evolves, so do the legal difficulties and challenges that we face. Aim of this journal is to provide a forum for legal experts and researchers to contribute their ideas and perspectives on current legal trends. It offers unique and nuanced perspectives on everything from criminal justice reform and intellectual property law, to environmental regulations and corporate governance. We want to encourage critical thinking, spark debate and conversation, and increase legal knowledge and understanding.
MAGLAW is duly assessed and reviewed by a panel of experienced faculty members and is exclusively devoted to the publication of original research papers/articles/reviews/Case Comments of a very high standard.

ABOUT THE JOURNAL
Panjab University MAGLAW is an annual publication by the Department of Laws, Panjab University, Chandigarh, published since 2017. It operates as a peer-reviewed and refereed journal, following a rigorous evaluation and selection process for articles submitted by law students. The journal covers a wide range of legal subjects, including constitutional law, criminal law, international law, intellectual property, human rights, and more.
MAGLAW has an editorial board of law students along with an editorial board consisting of faculty members that ensures the quality of the content. Preliminarily, the student editors are responsible for handling the manuscript submissions, the review process, editing, and final publication. All matters concerning the journal are overseen by the editor-in-chief.
The primary objective of this journal is to provide a platform for students to contribute their ideas and perspectives on current legal trends.
